Workout Wednesday 4-27-2011

Do each tri-set 3 times before moving on to the next.


5 minute warm up



First Tri-Set:



50 Traveling Lunges


12 Overhead Shoulder Press


12 Push Ups


(20 Jumping Jacks)



Second Tri-Set:



Tricep Dips


Plie Squat with Bicep curls


20 reverse crunches


(20 Jumping Jacks)



Stretch!
