This one is a doozie...have fun!
-Jump lunges alternated with overhead presses
-Curl ups
-Push ups alternated with walking planks
-Squat press
-Side planks
-Static pliƩ squats alternated with jumping jacks
Remember, 20 seconds of movement with 10 seconds of rest for a total of 8 times before moving on to the next move.
