I know it’s September but it is still in the mid-90s in the Midwest. This strawberry shake is perfectly cool and filling for a snack or meal!
What you need:
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 2 cups spinach
- 1/2 cup zucchini
- 1/4 small avocado
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 serving vanilla protein powder*
- 1/2 serving unflavored collagen *
What you do:
- Put everything into a blender
- Blend the junk out of it
- Drink it!
* if it’s a meal...do a full serving ๐
