Sometimes, I just want cake...anyone else? Check out this individual cake that is baked in a mug. It's tasty, easy, gluten and dairy free and made with whole foods. Plus, if you really focus, I bet you can make it in about 3 minutes!
What you need (for 2 Mug Cakes):
- 1 very ripe banana (I freeze mine...and just thaw them when I need them)
- 3 TBSP cocoa powder
- 4 TBSP natural peanut butter
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp honey
- chocolate chips, sprinkles or whatever (optional)
What you do:
- Mash the banana in a medium bowl
- Add all other ingredients and stir together until combined competely
- Top with optional extras
- Divide into 2 microwave-safe mugs
- Cook 1 minute in the microwave
- EAT!
